Burn baby Burn!

So I went out this weekend up island to Nanaimo to a boys highschool football tournament to watch my friend's son play.

It was so cool to see him play since I had seen him play his first game. What a difference! It was so neat to see.

However, I refused the offer of sunscreen... and now I am paying for it. On one side I am just slightly burnt. It hurts but not super badly. However.. my right side... it is not just slightly burned. It is so burnt that its blistering... It hurts!

I've used an entire spray on can of Solarcaine, and starting using Aloe Vera gel. Last night I was using a washcloth and ice cold water to try and cool it down. My face is burnt... it has a sunglasses burn... Its kind of like when people go up skiing and get a goggle tan... but mine is from my oversized sunglasses.

Yeah, its not pretty.

Well, anyway... I don't have much else to say, but my sister and mom were harping about how logn it had been since I posted.
